Leandra Abigail De Costa is a legal associate at Messrs Z Hashim & Co, focusing on conveyancing matters. She graduated with a LLB (Hons) from Multimedia University in 2023 and was called to the Bar in December 2024.

Leandra completed her pupillage at Messrs Chia & Lee, where she spent nine months building a solid foundation in conveyancing work. There, she assisted with a variety of property transactions and loan documentation.

At Z Hashim & Co, Leandra continues to grow her practice in conveyancing, working closely with clients on all types of property dealings, from sub-sales, project developments and banking and finance.
